Professional Consultation and Trainings

My passion is to spread awareness about mental health in our community, break the stigma of mental health, and provide other professionals with skills to enhance their professional and personal lives. Therefore, we offer training for your staff on various evidence-based treatments. We also provide multiple-day workshops to teach your staff/faculty the basics of DBT, CBT, and other treatments for children, adolescents, and adults.

We also provide corporate training on mindfulness and implementing dialectical behavior therapy in the workplace, and we have been hired to enrich employees' quality of life.

We also provide professional training and clinical workshops to schools, businesses, and community agencies.

For schools and community agencies…

In an effort to increase access to evidence-based coping skills, we offer skills-based workshops to parents and/or adolescents and underserved communities for a variety of emotional and mental health issues at a nominal fee.  We also offer clinical trainings to school staff to address the emotional and mental health needs of their students.

For business organizations…

We offer skills-focused clinical workshops to large and small businesses to support wellness, stress tolerance, and interpersonal relationships in the workplace.  Topics are determined in collaboration with businesses based on an initial needs assessment.

  • “The DBT Made Simple workshop was very effective. The speaker provided a safe space where all practitioners could ask clarifying questions without judgment, allowing the group to delve deeper into the nuances and complexities of the training. This was fantastic!!”

  • “Not only do I think all the well-being social workers should take this workshop, but I believe each school's well-being team would benefit from this workshop, as well as counselors and Bridge to Wellness staff. It would also be great if parents could learn these skills.”
